Vyannée MATSORO is an experienced Information Technology Specialist with over 15 years in the digital industry and sales. Matsoro has proven his project managerial and negotiations skills from telecommunication (Ericson International) to different Government Projects. He has advised Government Leaders in various ways using his strong critical thinking and entrepreneurial skills. Vyannée comes to Legacy as one of the few digital experts who drafted the Nation Digital Transformation Plan under the President’s Office of Democratic Republic of the Congo.
